Don’t Miss The 32nd Annual International Food Festival

International Food Festival

If you could push a button and go anywhere in an instant, where would you go? Maybe you would head to Italy to enjoy some authentic spaghetti and meatballs, and then travel to Greece to get a gyro. You might even go to Japan to get a sushi roll. The list goes on and on. Now, imagine you could experience all your favorite international foods in one day without having to travel faster than the speed of sound. That’s just what you can do at the 32nd Annual International Food Festival at the National Peanut Festival Alfa Building on March 9 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tickets are $30 for adults and $10 for kids aged 4 to 10 if you buy them by March 8. Grab your tickets and get ready to eat your way through the world.

Authentic Cooking

There will be some local restaurants in attendance, but most of the chefs hail from the countries they represent. That means you can get some Italian cuisine courtesy of a chef from Italy, and finally taste authentic Japanese cuisine from a real Japanese chef. These are just a couple of examples. Tons of countries will be represented at the festival, so be prepared to take a culinary tour of the world.

Live Entertainment

The food isn’t the only thing that’ll be authentic. You can also enjoy some entertainment from all regions of the world. From the bagpipes to the polka music, you’ll feel yourself being transported from one part of the world to the next.

Fun Zone

This event isn’t just for adults. Kids are welcome too. They’ll even have their own Fun Zone to enjoy. They can take on various activities and even hit up the photo booth for some pics. The kids will be occupied so you can spend your time eating, listening to music, and chatting with other guests.

The proceeds from the festival will go to the Zonta Foundation of Dothan. The club supports various organizations, including The Exchange Center for Child Abuse and Prevention and Chrysalis-A Home for Girls. This is a very worthy cause, so get your ticket to help out.

Your entire family will have tons of fun at the food festival, and once it’s over, you’ll be looking for your next adventure. Grab a new set of wheels at Gilland Ford in Ozark, Alabama, and then you’ll be ready to drive from one adventure to the next.
